Welcome to my Stampin Blog

Hi, my name is Dani and this is my new Stampin blog.  I am a new Stampin' UP! demonstrator and figured in order to reach more viewers and get my business growing, I should start a blog.  I have worked in the home demonstration business for many years starting with Tupperware and then selling The Pampered Chef products.  They fit in with my love of cooking when I was working these two businesses.  Not that I don't love cooking now but I tend to eat out more than I should which is something else I am working on. LOL

I started scrapbooking when I lived in Berlin.  A friend of mine introduced me to the way German's decorate their photo albums with stickers and such.  So I was doing something as a teenager that wouldn't catch on here for many years to come.  I went to several stamping parties over the years but not one of the demonstrators showed me how I could use stamps in more ways than one in my scrapbooks so I didn't see the need to purchase stamps.  Well that all changed about 6 years ago when a co worker took me to a stamp camp and I learned so much and I was hooked!!

I do more card making now then I do scrapbooking and I have recently set a goal of making at least one scrapbook page a month.  I know it is small but it is a start.  I will be posting cards and other things that I make here on the blog and offering classes both in my studio and through the mail.  I will have different challenges and hopefully this site will be one of your favorite resources for ideas.
